Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Ultimate Viral Videos LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #20411, Casper, Wyoming 82609, US (“we”, “us”), the operator of Vidcoo (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. How we handle your data is covered by our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

You upload a short-form video — 60 seconds or less, up to 250MB. We analyze it with AI and give you a scored report: hook and script metrics, evidence frames, and recommended fixes. One analysis runs at a time per account; a new upload is accepted once the previous analysis finishes.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us at lahcen@ultimateviralvideos.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • You must be old enough to use the service under our Privacy Policy (13+, or 16+ where local law requires).

4. Free analysis and credits

  • Free tier: one free analysis per person — not per account. We enforce this with anti-abuse checks described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Credits: 1 credit = 1 analysis. Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing month. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value.
  • Refunds on failure: if an analysis fails on our side, the credit (or your free analysis) is returned automatically.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • Only upload videos you own or have the rights to submit for analysis.
  • Not upload content that is illegal, infringes anyone’s rights, or depicts or exploits minors.
  • Not circumvent service limits — including creating multiple accounts, spoofing device fingerprints, or resubmitting videos to obtain extra free analyses.
  • Not probe, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service or attempt to access other users’ data.

We may refuse, cancel, or delete analyses that violate this section.

6. Your content and ours

  • Your videos stay yours. You keep all rights to the videos you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to run your analysis and deliver your report — nothing more. Uploaded video files are deleted within 24 hours of analysis.
  • Your reports are for you. You may use your reports and their evidence frames for your own purposes, including commercially.
  • The service stays ours. The software, scoring system, knowledge base, branding, and everything else that makes up the service belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the service.

7. AI results — read this one

Scores and recommendations are estimates and opinions produced by AI. They reflect how our system reads your video against patterns from high-performing short-form content. They are not a prediction, promise, or guarantee of views, engagement, virality, or revenue — a high score can flop and a low score can go viral.

Reports are informational only and are not professional, financial, marketing, or legal advice. AI output can be wrong. You decide what to publish, and you carry the results of that decision.

8. Payments and pricing

Paid plans are coming soon. When live: payments are processed by our payment provider — we never store your card details. Prices and plan contents may change; changes apply from your next billing period, with notice before they do. Taxes may be added where required. Except where section 4 or the law says otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service up, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your reports.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Termination

  • By you: you can stop using the service or delete your account at any time; deletion removes your account data and reports as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • By us: we may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or where we must for legal or security reasons. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
  • Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the service and delete your account.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes — without depriving you of any protections or forum rights granted by the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
